About the filmmaker:
Robin Sansom is a filmmaker and photographer out of Santa Cruz, California. He learned how to tell stories mostly by hearing them from savory characters over a long career in the cycling and outdoor industries — tales told on road trips and around crackling campfires, or in surf lineups and those curious spots on the trail where everyone seems to take a break. In this spirit, he likes to build stories that foster intimacy, cultivate a sense of community, and illuminate the unseen.
